Metolius is a Royal Huisman Shipyard aluminium construction designed by German Frers in 1992.
With previous owners she sailed around the world twice including trips to Alaska and South Pole.
I’ve joined her for the new owner in Baltimore (USA) in November 2018, then I took her to South Carolina to get her ready for the Atlantic Ocean.
In April 2019 we sailed from Charleston to Bermuda then to Azores Islands, Spain and Italy.
During the 2019/20 winter I’ve managed an extensive refit which included: unstepping the mast, new rod rigging, paint job ( on mast and hull ), overhauling the main systems (water maker, ventilations, fridges and air condition), overhaul of all winches.
