After a first summer season from Italy to Greece and back, we stopped in Genova to make a big refit in order to fix all the problems that we have found while sailing.
We replaced the in-boom furler with a more manageable mainsail on cars and three reefing points. We replaced the rod rigging , bought new sails, updated the electronics and much more.
We left Genova the 3rd of November to set sail toward Gibraltar and after the Strait we turned South to reach Lanzarote in The Canary Islands.
After getting ready and provisioning, we started the Atlantic Crossing from Lanzarote to Martinica, where we arrived just in time to celebrate Christmas.
