We celebrated Christmas and New Year’s Eve in the Caribbean between Martinica and The Grenadines.
Then we sailed to Venezuela to explore the Los Roques archipelago and Bonaire in Dutch Antilles. These two stops were one of the highlights of the round the world trip.
At the end of the season we delivered the boat to Miami (Fl.) in USA calling at the Virgin Islands, Dominican Republic and Bahamas.
In Miami we took the boat to the yard for some minor repairs and then we sailed up to New York to pick up the owner for the first cruise in New England from NY to Boston, sailing in the Long Island Sound, Newport, Martha’s Vineyard and Cape Cod.
The second cruise was from Boston to Maine and back to Newport, where we took Sultano in the shipyard for maintenance.
In December we sailed from Newport to Bermuda and to the Virgin Islands again.
